Normal Chili's. Great food and it's well worth the money. The restaurant itself is nice and clean. The waiters and waitresses are nice and check in often like a good waiter/waitress should. The food is cooked to perfection. Overall good place to stop and get a bite to eat.

Since this is a chain you should already know what to expect. It is reliably good. I have ordered many things here over the years and am usually happy. Burgers, fajitas, chicken tenders. Always yummy. Getting your steak cooked the way you like is sometime harder though. If it's undercooked and you send it back expect it to be overlooked when you get it back. I couldn't give 5 stars because they no longer have paradise pie for dessert. It was the best ever. Extra credit to the last waiter that I had that found the ingredients and had it made just for me. UPDATE: I mentioned the lack of paradise pie to my most recent waitress, Beth, and she diligently searched the back to find one for me. It never hurts to ask questions and she was awesome enough to come through.

For lunch we split the tripple dipper. you choose three apps from a list of 10 or 11 for $11 bucks. We chose the SW eggrolls (always a fav) , boneless buffalo wings ( good but not memorable ), and the cheesesteak sliders ( delicious and memorable). The wait service was very good, but the waitress had to go to the bartender three times to get our drink order. We watched the bartendress chatting for 10-15 minutes before she took the time to make our drinks. Although i didn't mention this in my previous review, we have to wait an inordinate amount of time for our drinks almost every time we eat there.

I enjoyed our dinner here. I had the California pizza and added some jalepeños. Super good! Great environment. Friendly servers. Our server Nikki was super happy and friendly. She checked up well and made the experience really good. Thumbs up. It was a little messy around the family area though. But it was understandable because it was near families with small children. #handsfull.

out of the ribs!boo! service great! ribeye perfect. love the chips and salsa. so much that we went back the next day and split an old timer which was also delicious. some chilis are not so clean but this was spotless, even the restroom!

The food was good. I had the Sante Fe Chicken Wrap and my wife had the Pulled Pork sandwich. The service from our waitress however, was not so great. But it seemed to be just ours. Everyone else looked like they were being taken care of promptly and before drinks were needed refilled, etc. The restaurant is in a good location and parking was easy to get into and out of.

First of all, if there was an option for a ZERO STAR, that would be selected! I should have learned the first time after bad service not to go back a second or third time. Getting served a what should be cold salad, which was hot, shriveled and wilted, That was passable, it's salad, no big deal. However, their excuse for not having product was because they just had a holiday (which they should plan for) None of the above was available; Mac and cheese, pizza for kids, bacon on the cheese fries, flat bread, the list goes on. Silverware wasn't given, napkins, drinks weren't refilled... I may be nitpicking but one thing after another becomes ridiculous. Two steaks were ordered (med rare) both came back still mooing, purple, raw and cold. The amount of time it took to cook these non cooked steaks was grueling, nearly an hour. Pretty sure it's not a farm to table meal! The broccoli florets were infused with black mold on the end of their stalks (and no it was not black pepper because I specifically asked for no pepper). Several visits there has been awful service, slow, forgetful waiters, messed up orders and carelessness in the kitchen. Waiters asks if we want dessert after kicking back a meal, I reply with a no thank you and ask to speak to the manager. The manager comes and states he will give free dessert. My logic is, if something is not made right the first time, why attempt a second time or take something for free, no thank you. There is no communication between the staff, waiters/waitresses bickering, arguing, complaint or crying, kitchen staff being loud... This place is a joke, and in all actuality the managers every time along with the waiters have a joking comeback; "they're not the brightest cooks back there" or "oh the meat is still kicking around making noise". If you decided to walk in to this establishment, eat and your own risk and proceed with caution! You have been warned!!!

This truly was the worst food I have ever been served. Waitress assigned to our table of ten did not know what Riesling nor a Chardonnay. Did not give the correct change and was totally overwhelmed as well as under trained. Would not eat there again if Chili's was the only restaurant in Osage Beach.

Upon being seated the waiter proceeds to tell us everything they do not have. No pasta, no pork. The restaurant is by a large supermarket. One would think they would pay retail at the supermarket for ingredients as opposed to telling customers they could not serve them items on the menu. Ordered the chick strips. It was supposed to be 6 strips however showed up as 1 large glob they just dumped out of the fryer. They didn't even take the time to shake the fryer separating the strips. When i asked for the check the waiter inquired if I was paying cash or credit card. When I asked why he stated he needed to know so he could bring it up a tabletop computer. Never again

Our first time there, very pleased. Customer service was friendly and competent. Our burgers were totally A+++++ and everyone seemed to be very happy. You can play video games on a table top screen while you wait for your food AND you can pay for your food that way as well. It is just a noisy, fun, comfortable place to get a light dinner or a cold beer.
